Q1：What happens after I place an order on the online bookstore?

A1：Once you successfully place an order on the online bookstore, it means we have received your order and will promptly prepare your books. If the books you ordered are in stock at the store, we will reserve them for you. However, if some books are not in stock, we will quickly proceed to procure them from the relevant publishers. When all the books are ready, you will receive an email from the online system, and we will also notify you through messages on the online order platform or by phone to come and pick up your books.

A2：由於門市每天客人眾多，我們較難很快把每本書的銷售狀況更新到網絡書店上，就會出現網絡和門巿書況不一的情況，敬請見諒。

A3：由於唐山書店是只有一家門市的獨立書店，我們書的流轉速度難以像大型連鎖書店般，馬上就能夠向分店或出版社直接取書。而且每家出版社出貨要求也不一樣，我們必須集單到出版社要求的一定書本數量，才可以向出版社下採購單。 若碰上訂購的書在店內沒有庫存，整個集單、下採購單跟到貨的過程，均至少需時3個工作天至2週不等。這個部分還請大家體諒與包容。

A3：As Tangshan Bookstore is an independent bookstore with only one physical location, our book turnover rate is not as rapid as that of large chain bookstores, which can quickly source books from their branches or directly from publishers. Additionally, each publisher has different shipping requirements, and we need to accumulate orders to meet their minimum quantity requirements before placing purchase orders. If a book you order is not in stock at the store, the entire process of order accumulation, placing purchase orders, and receiving shipments typically takes between 3 working days to 2 weeks, depending on various factors.
